Raku is a serious person, but is also kind at the sametime. He can kind of get too serious sometimes though. Once, he has his mind set in things, he will see it through no matter what, he is very determined. He can be easy to anger at some points. Even so, he's a bit shy when around other people. He loves flying types, but it's not the only type he trains. He doesn't like being called weak from others. He is afraid of rejection.

Raku was born to a single mother on a cold winter afternoon in New bark Town. His father passed away a few months back and has left her wife alone to raise Raku. When, he was older ,he was taught to free in by his friends he made on the streets and a few handy skills like lock picking. At age 10, his mom took him to a pokemon league and saw a sky trainer battle. From that day, he would have a goal set to becoming a well known sky trainer. He studied everything he needed to know about pokemon. At age 12, he was playing with a few wild Pidegy when a forces fire started from a unknown cause. He tried to escape, but stood back to help the Pidegy as one of their wings were under a small rock. Thankfully they were still able to fly and got out. However Raku was still trapped. The fire was getting stronger and hotter as it was getting harder to breath. He was a moment from passing out when a large shadow appeared over him and it suddenly became cloudy. A heavy rain fail poured on the forest, putting out the fire. He couldn't see who it was as, he had passed out from oxygen loss. The huge figure about him was Lugia. It had put out the forest fire to save him and the pokemon in it. Lugia came down next to him and transferred a blue energy into him. After it was done, it put the silver wing in his hand and flew away.
The day after the accident, he found himself in a hospital at New bark. He showed his mom the silver wing and was time it belonged to Lugia. It shocked him to find out that, he was given it.
When, he was meet with his Mother's Pidgeot, he became ingulft in a bright blue aura. This freight him, pidgeot, and his mother. During this, he heard his mother's pidgeot talking to him in his head as if it was human. He even used a gust attack in the house blowing everything around and making the place a mess. They did the math soon after and found out that whatever happened in that forest fire involved Lugia and it gave him the abilities to talk and use flying type moves. In the mess, he unwillingly transformed into a Pidegot.
His mother told Pidegot to help him control his abilities since, she was a flying type. His mother would help, but she didn't know how to other then Pidegot. For then next 2 years, Raku trained to control and master how to use his abilities with Pidegot. His mother told him to stay in the forest while training, because she was afraid of what people well do when, they find out about him.

Flying type connection

Rakutsu was given a special connection to flying types. He can understand what they are saying both wild, and ones he captured. He can link to a flying type when's it's out of its ball to use it's flying type moves. The stronger the flying type pokemon the stronger the move, he uses when linked. He can tire himself out easily if, he isn't careful. He can only link with one flying type at a time. He can keep a link with one pokemon for 5 post and rest for 3 post. He can only use flying type moves. He is weak to rock, ice and electricity. The flying type has to know the move in order to use it.

Pokemorphing

Raku can transform into any flying type he has caught or befriended in his time. He can only transform into his flying types and use the moves they know. He can transform to match their level or lower. He can keep the transformation up for 5 post and rest for 5 post before doing it again.

With such extraordinary abilities, I'd like the History to be a bit more fleshed out. Usually abilities such as that don't just pop up suddenly, they grow and develop. How did Raku discover what he could now do? Did it affect his family/friends? How did it change him as a person? You don't need to answer all these questions, but provide a bit more around the general idea. I'd just like him to be a little more fleshed out, if you don't mind :3

Hows this

I'm hesitant with how quickly the training and honing the abilities part was glazed over with just a few sentences, but it seems like something that could be furthered upon through Roleplay, so I'll call this app approved. Good job~!
