Visiting Elm.

Once Arthur reached the scene, he would be met by the sight of a Sentret, hunkered down and crying out as a snarling Houndour loomed over her. The wolf-like Pokemon seemed to have decided that the area was now his territory, and was chasing out any Pokemon that dare intrude. The unlucky Sentret was traveling alone, and seemed no match for the territorial Pokemon.

"Hey! It's not nice to bully others!" Acila exclaimed, scowling at the Houndour as Arthur was trying to talk to the fire and dark type, frowning as him and his trainer took the scene in. Arthur was ready to battle if needed, even though he didn't look it. Acila slowly walked toward the Sentret and kneeled down on one knee and hesitantly petted the Pokemon.

"It'll be okay." She said in a soothing tone, glancing at the Houndour warily. If the dark and fire type wanted a battle, she'd happily pit it against Jean.

The Houndour growled, not too keen on the new intruders. He was a typical bully, however, and quickly grew into a coward when he was outnumbered and overpowered. Taking one last rueful glare toward the Sentret, he turned tail and fled into the forest. At least for now, the area was safe from the territorial hound.

Sentret seemed to calm under Cil's gentle touch, and even started a soft purr-like sound within her throat as she snuggled closer to the trainer. She had suffered injuries from the Houndour's attack, but nothing serious that wouldn't heal quickly on their own. "Tret!" the small Pokemon said in thanks, in between purrs.

"You're so adorable." Acila cooed. She looked to where the Houndour fled. She was tempted to try and catch it. It would not only give her a new team mate, but keep him from bullying anymore wild Pokemon-possibly.

"Hey, you wanna join us?" She asked the normal type as she smiled down at it.

"Tret!" the Sentret said excitedly, burrowing closer to Cil with a goofy smile on her face. It seemed like 'yes' from the little fuzzy Pokemon. After all, with a trainer, she'd be able to grow and get stronger. Besides, friends were nice too, and the little Pokemon was a social butterfly.

Sentret would like to join your team!

If Cil did decide to go after Houndour, he wasn't yet too far gone. If her or one of her Pokemon ran after his trail, he could be caught up to and battled.

"Okay. But first...." She said, releasing Jean. The small owl like Pokemon look at Cil expectantly, giving a small coo.

"Follow that Houndour. Try to get him to battle you, I'll be right behind you." She announced, pointing to where Houndour ran off to, his form becoming smaller. Jean gave a small hoot of understanding before flying off after the fire type.

After that, she returned Arthur and held a Pokeball out for the Sentret. Meanwhile, Jean was hot on Houndour's tail, ready to corner it and use Supersonic.

As Jean located Houndour and released the odd Supersonic waves, the hound Pokemon was caught by surprise, taking the hit. His vision blurred, and odd hallucinations began to appear in his confused minds. At some points, he couldn't tell up from down, and fell onto his paws as he thought the ground had suddenly became the sky. She tried shaking the confusion away, but to no avail. He did notice the blurry shape of what he deemed his attacker, and with a ferocious growl, formed a small flame in his mouth and shot it toward Jean in his slight moment of clarity, an Ember attack.

Sentret hummed happily and wagged her tail. Without a second thought, she touched the center of the ball and was sucked inside. After a brief second, the Pokeball stopped shaking. She was caught.

Sentret was caught! Would you like to give her a nickname?

"Welcome to the team, Scout." Acila smiled as she added the pokeball to her belt before running to where Jean and Houndour were battling. Once she arrived, she saw Jean suddenly fall to the ground, getting hit by an Ember attack. But, he quickly got back up and shook the pain off.

"Tackle!" She commanded. Jean gave a hoot before charging at Houndour, eyes narrowed.

In his inflicted near-insanity, Houndour couldn't do much dodging. Jean's charge was dead on, and sent the hound skirting back several feet, and he fell to the ground. His balance had been off-put, leading him to easily fall. Forcing his way to his feet, he locked eyes with a brown, fleeting blur, mistaking a small tree for Jean. He rushed at that tree in a Tackle, and collided his head against it, yelping as it didn't give way. He had hurt himself in his confusion!

"Another tackle!" Acila requested, pokeball at the ready as she watched the sad and almost pitiful sight before her. Supersonic was some powerful stuff, though convenient.

Houndour was swinging his head back and forth, trying to make out Jean from all of the blurs and hallucinations. This, of course, left his quite open to the Tackle. The hit sent him slamming to the ground, and he yelped as his head slammed against the cool dirt. Though, it did have one good effect. It seemed hitting his head, though painful, seemed to clear the confusion away. Growling, he formed another small ball of flame, he launched an Ember at Jean with desperation. He was getting weak.

Jean dodged the Ember, just as Acila took the moment to try and capture Houndour, throwing the pokeball at him. She waited, wondering what the outcome of this will be.

Houndour was too focused on Jean to see the incoming Pokeball get hurled toward him. His snarling was cut short when he was enveloped in a white light and sucked into the sphere. It took longer than usual for the catch to be made, and it seemed that the hound was really struggling. Still, to Acila's luck, the ball halted its shaking, signifying a catch.

Houndour was caught! Would you like to give him a nickname?

(That's kinda creepy, since I usually don't have the best of luck. (>.<))

"All right! Hm....I won't give you a nickname at this moment, but expect one later on after I figure out how you act around the others." Cil said to her newly caught teammate, then after returning Jean and clipping both pokeballs to her belt, the young teen made her way to Cherrygrove and headed for the Pokecenter. Once inside she walked up to the desk and smiled at the pink haired nurse, handing her pokeballs and asking;

"Could you please heal these guys for me?"

"Of course," the Nurse said with a soft smile. She took the Pokeballs and gently placed them on the machine behind her. It dinged for several seconds, surrounding the Pokeballs in an otherworldly light to cleanse and heal them, bringing them back to full health. Turning once more, the woman lifted them out of the machine and handed them back toward Acila. "Have a nice day," she said.

"Thanks." She said, smiling before making her way put of the Pokecenter and to her next destination....
